Welcome to our one-hour sound bath meditation designed for one to five people! In this intimate session, we will create a space of tranquility and inner exploration using the healing sounds of gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments combined with Reiki energy work. Here's a description of what you can expect during this session:As the session begins, find a comfortable position either lying down or seated, allowing your body to fully relax. Take a few moments to center yourself and set your intention for the meditation.The session starts with the gentle chiming of a singing bowl, its delicate tones resonating through the space. The sound gradually fades away, leaving behind a sense of calm and stillness. Next, the gongs enter the scene, played in a gentle and melodic manner. Their rich and immersive sounds envelop you, creating a harmonious vibration that penetrates your being. The vibrations of the gongs can be felt in your body, allowing for a deep release of tension and an invitation into a state of deep relaxation. The singing bowls join in, their ethereal tones blending with the gongs, creating a symphony of healing sound. The bowls are struck or played with a mallet, producing a range of soothing notes and frequencies that resonate within you. The interplay of the bowls and gongs creates a harmonic resonance that can facilitate a sense of balance and inner harmony. Throughout the session, the sound vibrations work on multiple levels.
