Tailored for ages 3 through high school (activities are adapted to suit developmental levels)
Service Description
This engaging and interactive workshop invites children and teens on a playful journey of mindfulness, movement, and relaxation. Through age-appropriate activities, we explore how to calm the mind, energize the body, and foster a sense of inner peace. Yoga Exploration: The session begins with fun, creative yoga poses and gentle stretches designed to improve balance, flexibility, and focus. For younger participants, poses are paired with imaginative storytelling, while older students practice flows that challenge and strengthen. Mindful Meditation: Next, we introduce simple breathing exercises and guided meditations to cultivate mindfulness. Younger children might use visualizations and playful breathing techniques (like "balloon breaths"), while teens focus on tools for managing stress and improving mental clarity. Sound Bath Adventure: The workshop concludes with a magical sound journey. Using soothing instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs, we guide participants into a state of deep relaxation. Younger kids can imagine floating on sound waves, while teens are encouraged to reflect and recharge in the calming soundscape. Key Benefits: Enhances focus, emotional regulation, and self-awareness. Comfortable clothing for movement. Optional: A small pillow or blanket for relaxation during the sound bath. This workshop is a joyful way for kids and teens to learn mindfulness techniques that support their well-being, helping them leave with a calm mind, a strong body, and a happy heart!
